Everything we do is centred around our clients.  As we approach our fourth anniversary, we have launched a new client service programme to review and improve all our client focused activities.  We now have around 1,000 active clients and during November we are inviting all clients to participate in a survey to help inform us and direct our attention to what our clients expect from us and how we can improve the services we provide.

If you are a client and haven’t already received a letter from us about the upcoming survey, please get in touch using the Contact Form below and we will ensure you receive an invitation to take part.  Please complete the “Subject” box with your account number.
